Small village pub tucked away in mid Wales - very traditional but seems to be a community hub as well as welcome to tourists. Outdoor space at the back as well as over the road. Good real ale as well. Cobs available. Worth a stop.

Such a great little traditional pub with a friendly, welcoming landlord. Situated in a picturesque part of the world, outside seating with the prettiest views. Make the effort to visit this little gem.

Researching family history in the area yesterday, called in for a couple of pints, excellent old school, off the beaten track, traditional pub. Two cask ales and real cider on offer. Landlord from Wolverhampton said it had been closed for three years when he bought it (he was also researching his family roots in the area). Lovely outdoor seating area opposite with idyllic views - you might even spot the train on the Heart of Wales line nearby. Well worth a visit.
