This is an end terraced pub, in a Georgian cottage style, in pink render with black paintwork, There are three sash windows on the upper storey, with one either side of the central entrance on the lower. You enter a passageway in which a cannon has been built with its wheels in the side walls. In front of you is the stone bar, canopied, which has a coin and note collection on the wall. Either side there are old snug rooms, which are in white, with a wood floor, and have wood bench seating. There is a white and beam ceiling. There are no pictures on the walls really, the TV wasn't on and there was no music. There is a pool room at the back, just past a sofa area. The service was a little funcional and the clientele small, but clearly local. A few non-locals popped in and chatted to me quite happily. Beer; usual tap stuff, with a Felinfoel Double Dragon on handpull - this was decent enough. A nice pub, if seeming a little wary of me, but worth a swifty.

Great pub visited when going to Ffoslas race course. The beer was really cheap and the staff very friendly even arranged taxi to get to the racing. Will be back very soon.
